A first visit with a curious friend
A visit with a friend who was new to Bitcoin: paying in sats, browsing books and wallets, and feeling welcome even as an introvert.
After a meal in Hongdae, Doran headed to the center with a friend who had little interest in Bitcoin. Doran paid for both admissions using Wallet of Satoshi, then explored the books and displays.
The visit included the Bitcoin white paper, artwork and a collection of wallets including SeedSigner. Doran chose The Bullish Case for Bitcoin to take home and photographed the cookies, stickers and pen received alongside the book.
The staff’s friendly welcome stood out most. Doran felt that even an introverted visitor could feel comfortable here, and ended the account with plans to return with family.
